近年来,尽管社会保险事业正在不断地发展,但是在社会保险领域中不规范的行为时有发生,突出的表现为基本养老保险的缴费工资的少报、参保人员的漏报等行为。这些现象不仅将直接影响列社会保险事业的发展,而且还会影响到社会的安定,影响到在职职工和离退休人员的切身利益。开展“社保稽查”的意义在于:通过稽查可以对违反社会保险政策的行为进行处理,从而使社会保险工作能正常有序的运行,使劳动者的合法权益得到切实保障。
