党的十八大报告指出,要着力加强基层党的建设,充分发挥基层党组织推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。要加强党员、干部理想信念教育和思想道德建设,使党员、干部成为争做科学发展观的忠实执行者、社会主义荣辱观的自觉实践者、社会和谐的积极促进者。但在当前,一部分党员在发挥先锋模范作用上还存在一些思想认识上的误区和问题,本文从发挥党员模范作用的重要性和紧迫性认识、当前存在的问题分析、“两学一做”学习教育活动对活动的重要意义、单位在发挥党员模范作用中的有益探索等方面进行了思考和阐述。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out that efforts should be made to strengthen the building of grassroots parties and give full play to the role of grassroots party organizations in promoting development, serving the people, cohesion and promotion of harmony. Party members and cadres should be educated ideologically and faithfully and ideologically and ethically so that party members and cadres should become faithful perpetrators of the scientific concept of development, conscious practitioners of the socialist concept of honor or disgrace, and active promoters of social harmony. However, at present, some Party members still have some misunderstandings and problems in ideological understanding. In this paper, from the perspectives of the importance and urgency of playing an exemplary role as party members, the current problems analysis, "The importance of learning and educational activities in activities and the unit’s beneficial exploration in exerting the exemplary role of party members were discussed and elaborated.
