近年来,国际社会正以越来越浓厚的兴趣注视着越南经济改革的发展、成就及前景。本文试述越南当前的经济形势及面临的主要问题。 一、关于越南当前的经济形势 越南经济改革始于80年代初期,但实质性的改革则是从1986年越共“六大”正式提出实行改革的路线、方针、政策开始;1989年越南经济改革进入全面深化的一年;1992年越南的经济改革取得了突破性的进展,首次超额完成全会批准的各项主要计划指标。
In recent years, the international community is watching with growing interest the development, achievements and prospects of Vietnam’s economic reform. This article examines the current economic situation in Vietnam and the major problems it faces. I. About the Current Economic Situation in Vietnam Vietnam’s economic reform began in the early 1980s. However, the substantive reform started with formally putting forward the line, guidelines and policies for the implementation of the reforms in the “Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam” in 1986; the 1989 Vietnam’s economic reform Entered a year of deepening and deepening. In 1992, Vietnam’s economic reform achieved a breakthrough and surpassed the major planned targets approved by the plenum for the first time.
