当前的思想政治课教学中,学生学得“无趣”“无果”的现象普遍存在,撇开制度、体制等制约因素,教学中供给侧与需求侧之间的失衡与错位是重要原因,集中表现为“师教非生需”“生需师不教”。破解教学中的供需矛盾,需要用供给侧思维,推动课堂改革,提升教学效益。思想政治课教学应从高中生的眼前需求和长远发展出发,从教学端入手,用改革的办法提升供给端的有效性和创新性,提高供给结构对学生需求变化的适应性和灵活性,实现教师供给与学生需求
