通过对目前高职院校师资队伍建设现状分析,研究了在高职院校引入ISO9000质量管理体系后,如何利用ISO9000质量管理标准建立起一套完善的高职师资队伍建设体系,使高职院校能更好地培养出适应社会经济发展需求,适应企业人才需要的实用型高技能技术人才,从而提高高职院校综合实力,增强高职院校的社会竞争力。
After analyzing the present situation of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies how to establish a set of perfect system of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges after introducing ISO9000 quality management system in higher vocational colleges. Schools can better train practical and highly skilled technical personnel who meet the needs of social and economic development and adapt to the needs of business professionals, so as to improve the comprehensive strength of higher vocational colleges and enhance the social competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
