高速公路收费系统是高速公路管理的重要组成部分。建立智能化的收费系统是加强高速公路管理的一个重要环节。本文围绕当前正在实验使用的运用卫星定位和无线接入技术的卫星收费系统,结合具体的业务需求,提出了其后台管理系统的设计和建设方案,详细介绍了该平台的功能构架,数据集成和展现方式,并通过实验结果论证了系统的有效性。该系统具有实时性、自动性、稳定性、安全性等特点,可以最大程度地减少工作量,提高监管效率,从而保证了收费道路的畅通及收费系统的科学运转。
