目的分析增强后液体衰减反转恢复(fluid-attenuated inversion recovery,FLAIR)序列对脑转移瘤的诊断价值。方法25例脑转移瘤患者行增强前后T1WI及FLAIR序列成像,由2名有经验的放射科医师对图像进行评估。结果3例增强后FLAIR序列脑实质病灶数目显示较增强T1WI多,在11例脑膜转移者中,7例病灶强化程度优于增强后T1序列。结论增强FLAIR序列是增强后T1序列的有效补充,尤其是对位于皮层表面和脑膜病灶更敏感。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of enhanced fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence in brain metastases. Methods Twenty-five patients with brain metastases underwent enhanced T1WI and FLAIR imaging. Images were evaluated by two experienced radiologists. Results The number of brain parenchymal lesions in FLAIR sequence was significantly increased in 3 cases compared with that in T1WI enhancement. Among the 11 cases with meningioma, the enhancement degree of 7 lesions was superior to the enhanced T1 sequence. CONCLUSION: Enhanced FLAIR sequence is an effective complement to enhanced T1 sequence, especially to the surface of the cortex and to the meningeal lesions.
