Objective: To study the effect of tanshinone IIA submicroemulsion on hemodynamics of coronary artery canine ligation dogs. METHODS: An acute myocardial infarction model was established by anesthesia and thoracotomy of the left anterior descending coronary artery. The cardiac hemodynamic parameters of the dogs were measured at 3 h after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Results: Intravenous infusion of tanshinone IIA submicroemulsion can significantly increase cardiac output, increase coronary flow and cardiac output, reduce coronary resistance, total peripheral resistance, left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, and inhibit left ventricular pressure and left ventricular pressure The maximum increase and decrease in the rate of decline have a decreasing trend in mean arterial pressure. Conclusion: The tanshinone II A submicroemulsion can improve the myocardial contraction and diastolic function, increase the ischemic myocardial blood supply, and exert anti-myocardial ischemia.
