我局在湖北省荆门热电厂二期工程中,采用钢管混凝土结构设计、施工了高50米、管径80×1.2(厘米)双肢柱的670T/H锅炉构架,其高度、直径及承载荷重目前在国内都是比较罕见的。为了保证施工质量,我们在施工前对钢管混凝土的工艺特性进行了一些试验。一、管内混凝土的和易性及强度试验试验采用0.40~0.42(≤0.44)水灰比、2~4厘米坍落度的混凝土,直接从50米高柱顶抛落入直径80厘米的管内,拌和物未产生离析现象,28天抗压强度达到400公斤/厘
In the second phase of the project of the Jingmen Thermal Power Plant in Hubei Province, the Bureau adopted the design of a concrete-filled steel tube structure and constructed a 670T/H boiler frame with a height of 50 meters and a diameter of 80 x 1.2 cm. The height, diameter, and weight of the boiler are currently used. It is relatively rare in China. In order to guarantee construction quality, we conducted some tests on the process characteristics of concrete filled steel tubes before construction. 1. Tests for the workability and strength of concrete in pipes The tests used 0.40-0.42 (≤ 0.44) concrete with water-cement ratio and 2 to 4 cm slump, and were dropped directly from the top of a 50-meter high column into a pipe with a diameter of 80 cm. There was no segregation in the mixture and the compressive strength reached 400 kg/l in 28 days.
