目的:调研蛇足石杉不同生长阶段植株中石杉碱甲含量的区域差异,探讨生境因子对石杉碱甲含量的影响。方法:调查江西修水县、贵州岑巩县、广西那坡县和重庆石柱县等4个样地的生境因子,采集样地中不同生长阶段的野生蛇足石杉植株材料(简称:材料),并用HPLC法测定其中的石杉碱甲含量。结果:①不同生长阶段材料中的石杉碱甲含量比较:幼苗>幼株>成株(江西、重庆样地),幼株>幼苗>成株(贵州、广西样地)。②相同生长阶段不同样地材料中的石杉碱甲含量比较:幼苗期:4样地无明显差异;幼株期:贵州样地最高,其他3样地差异不显著;成株期:贵州样地最高,重庆其次,江西和广西样地差异不显著。③不同样地各生长阶段材料中石杉碱甲含量均值比较:贵州样地最高为6.6,重庆样地其次为5.42,广西和江西最低分别为4.83,4.47。④石杉碱甲含量与生境因子的关系:含量与年降雨量呈负相关关系,与海拔高度、年平均气温等无明显相关性。结论:①蛇足石杉幼苗和幼株中石杉碱甲平均含量均显著高于成株,不同样地之间平均含量存在显著差异。②生境因子严重影响蛇足石杉材料中石杉碱甲含量,其中较多的降雨不利于石杉碱甲的积累。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regional differences of huperzine A content in different growth stages of Huperzia serrata and discuss the influence of habitat factors on Huperzine A content. Methods: The habitat factors in four plots of Xiu River in Jiangxi Province, Cen Gong County in Guizhou Province, Napo County in Guangxi Province and Shizhu County in Chongqing were surveyed. The content of huperzine A was determined by HPLC. Results: ① Comparison of huperzine A content in different growth stages: seedlings> young plants> adult plants (Jiangxi, Chongqing plots), young plants> seedlings> adult plants (Guizhou, Guangxi plots). ② Comparison of huperzine A content in different samples from the same growth stage: seedling stage: no significant difference in 4 plots; young plantlet stage: the highest in Guizhou and the other 3 plots; Highest, followed by Chongqing, Jiangxi and Guangxi sample differences were not significant. (3) Comparison of mean values of huperzine A content in different growth stages: the highest in Guizhou was 6.6, followed by Chongqing was 5.42, while the lowest in Guangxi and Jiangxi was 4.83 and 4.47 respectively. (4) The relationship between huperzine A content and habitat factors: The content is negatively correlated with the annual rainfall, but not with the altitude and the annual average temperature. Conclusion: ① The average contents of huperzine A in the seedlings and young plants of H. conspicuously were significantly higher than those of the adult plants, and the average contents of H. hupehensis in different plots were significantly different. ② Habitat factors seriously affect the content of huperzine A in Huperzia serrata, and more precipitation is not conducive to huperzine A accumulation.
