现在,幼儿园里的孩子绝大多数是独生子女,小家庭式的生活环境,使他们缺少与同伴友爱交往的实际锻炼。因此,如何培养这些独生娃娃的人际交往能力,相互谦让,爱护小同伴以及自制力、责任感、同情心等良好行为和品德,是我们幼儿园经常研讨、探索的课题。在园领导的启发、支持下,去年下半年我们有目的有计划地让大班孩子带中班孩子开展了一系列有趣的活动,取得了预期的效果。现择几例作一介绍。
Nowadays, the vast majority of children in kindergartens are only children and have a small family-style living environment, leaving them lacking in physical training in their fellowship with their companions. Therefore, how to cultivate these children’s interpersonal skills, mutual humility, care for small companions and self-control, sense of responsibility, compassion and other good behavior and morality, our kindergarten is often discussed and explored topics. Inspired by the leadership of the park, we conducted a series of interesting activities in planned second half of last year to bring the children of secondary schools to take classes with their parents and achieved the expected result.
