目的掌握新疆福海县传染病报告工作中的薄弱环节,提高传染病的报告质量。方法将2007～2011年福海县传染病网络直报的个案信息导出Excel后,使用Spss 13.0统计软件进行分析;抽查的纸质报告卡与网报卡核对,分析卡片的完整性、一致性。结果 2007～2011年传染病报告及时率和审核及时率分别由65.21%和98.29%提高到100.00%;网报卡与纸质报告卡的完整性分别由86.13%和86.21%,上升到97.55%和97.14%;网报卡与纸质报告卡的一致性由96.55%上升到100.00%;5年无重卡;网络直报率由2010年的44.44%上升到201 1年的77.78%。结论福海县传染病网络直报及时性处于高水平,网报卡与纸质报告卡保持一致,查重工作完成较好,传染病网络直报率有待提高。
Objective To grasp the weak links in the reporting of infectious diseases in Fuhai County, Xinjiang, and to improve the quality of reporting of infectious diseases. Methods The case information of direct online reporting of infectious diseases in Fuhai County from 2007 to 2011 was exported to Excel and analyzed using Spss 13.0 statistical software. The paper-based report cards were checked with net card to analyze the integrity and consistency of the cards. Results The reporting rate of timely and timely examination of infectious diseases was increased from 65.21% and 98.29% to 100.00% respectively from 2007 to 2011. The completeness of net report card and paper report card increased from 86.13% and 86.21% to 97.55% and 97.14%; the consistency of online newspaper and paper report card increased from 96.55% to 100.00%; no heavy-duty card in 5 years; the direct mail rate of network increased from 44.44% in 2010 to 77.78% in 201 1. Conclusions The timeliness of direct reporting of communicable diseases in Fuhai County is at a high level. The online reporting card is consistent with the paper report card, and the checking and weighing work is completed well. The direct reporting rate of infectious diseases network needs to be improved.
