合肥光源(Hu)新集中布局注入系统用两台电源给两组四块冲击磁铁并联供电,冲击磁铁电磁参数一致对于顺利完成电子注入过程非常关键。为保证磁铁电磁参数一致,对铁氧体磁芯材料电磁特性做了有针对性的相对测量,根据测量结果合理安排磁铁制造工艺。磁铁加工成型后,对两组冲击磁铁的电磁参数进行了测量,测量结果表明两组冲击磁铁电磁参数基本一致,满足设计要求。
Hefei light source (Hu) new centralized layout injection system with two power supply to two sets of four impact magnets parallel power supply, the impact of electromagnetic parameters of the same magnet for the successful completion of the electron injection process is critical. In order to ensure that the electromagnetic parameters of the magnet are consistent, the relative electromagnetic properties of the ferrite core material are measured in a targeted manner, and the magnet manufacturing process is reasonably arranged according to the measurement results. After forming the magnet, the electromagnetic parameters of the two sets of impact magnets were measured. The measurement results showed that the electromagnetic parameters of the two sets of impact magnets were basically the same, meeting the design requirements.
