本文通过对我国医院信息系统之间数据交换与信息共享存在的问题,在研究和分析国际医疗卫生领域信息系统指标体系及交换协议(HL7)基础之上,提出只有建立“以病人为中心”的数字医院,才能从根本上加快实现我国医院管理信息化的发展。研究如何建立“以病人为中心”的医疗信息系统,促进信息共享,将是我国医院发展的根本方向。
Based on the research and analysis of the information system index system and exchange protocol (HL7) in the field of international medical and health care, this paper proposes that only by establishing a “patient-centered Digital hospital, in order to fundamentally speed up the realization of China’s hospital management information development. To study how to establish a ”patient-centered" medical information system and promote information sharing will be the fundamental direction for the development of hospitals in our country.
