当柴油发动机工作一定时间后,连杆铜套、活塞销、连杆轴颈都会有不同程度的磨损,使其配合间隙增大,甚至出现烧瓦、抱轴、捣缸事故。为了保证发动机的正常工作,应定期检查上述部件的磨损情况和配合间隙。为此,可在换缸垫时,利用活塞上的“W”型燃烧室,对连杆铜套与活塞销、连杆瓦与连杆轴颈的径向间隙进行简单粗测。现以ST4450柴油机为例,说明其测量方法:
