目的研究抗菌肽RISE-AP12?对体外培养的牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)的抗菌活性。方法本研究于2012年10月至2013年1月在中国医科大学附属口腔医院中心实验室进行。以P.g W83为实验菌株,采用麦氏比浊法配制P.g W83混悬液(106CFU/mL)备用,微量液体稀释法测定抗菌肽RISE-AP12?对P.g W83的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(minimal bactericidal concentration,MBC)。结果抗菌肽RISE-AP12?对106CFU/mL P.g W83的MIC为0.01 mg/mL,MBC为0.02 mg/mL。结论抗菌肽RISE-AP12?对浮游状态下的P.g有抑菌(MIC为0.01 mg/mL)和杀菌(MBC为0.02 mg/mL)作用。
Objective To study the antimicrobial activity of antimicrobial peptide RISE-AP12 ™ against Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.g) cultured in vitro. Methods The study was performed from October 2012 to January 2013 at the Central Laboratory of Stomatology Hospital, China Medical University. The minimal inhibitory concentration (Pg W83) of Pg W83 was determined by microdilution method with Pg W83 as the experimental strain. The suspension of Pg W83 (106 CFU / mL) MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results The antibacterial peptide RISE-AP12 had a MIC of 0.01 mg / mL and 106 mg / mL for 106 CFU / mL P.g W83. Conclusions The antibacterial peptide RISE-AP12? Has antibacterial effect on P.g in the floating state (MIC is 0.01 mg / mL) and bactericidal (MBC is 0.02 mg / mL).
