反流性咽喉炎的病理关键为脏腑气机升降失调,主要表现为:(1)外邪袭肺,肺失宣降;(2)脾失健运,中焦不畅;(3)肝气郁结,横逆犯胃。故其治疗原则以调理全身气机,和胃降逆为主,同时佐以宣发肺气、健运脾气、条达肝气等治法,以达全身气机通调,症状得以好转的目的。
