目的:探讨优质服务理念在消毒供应中心的应用。方法:选择我院消毒供应中心于调整前后两个时间段内的信息作为研究对象,调整前为常规服务组,调整后为优质服务组。优质服务组在常规服务的基础上实施优质服务理念,调查两组工作人员的满意度与医疗器械清洗消毒的效果。结果:优质服务组中工作人员的满意度显著高于常规服务组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质服务组医疗器械清洗消毒的合格率高达98.9%,显著高于常规服务组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心应用优质服务理念能有效提高中心服务质量,提高工作人员满意度与医疗器械的清洗消毒效果。
Objective: To explore the application of quality service concept in disinfection supply center. Methods: Select the hospital disinfection supply center before and after the adjustment of the two time periods as the research object, adjusted before the regular service group, after adjustment for the quality service group. The quality service team implemented the concept of quality service on the basis of routine service and investigated the satisfaction of two staffs and the effect of cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment. Results: The satisfaction of staff in the service group was significantly higher than that of the routine service group (P <0.05). The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment in service group was as high as 98.9%, which was significantly higher than that of routine service group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying the concept of quality service to the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the service quality of the center and improve the staff satisfaction and the cleaning and disinfection effects of medical devices.
