建立了分析水杨酸、5-氯代水杨酸、三氯水杨酸等水杨酸类化合物的毛细管区带电泳法 ( CZE)。讨论了电压、缓冲溶液的浓度和 p H值对分析结果的影响。其中缓冲溶液的 p H值对分析结果的影响最为显著。 p H<7.40时 ,三种化合物的出峰顺序为 :三氯水杨酸、5-氯代水杨酸、水杨酸 ;当 p H>7.40时 ,三种化合物的出峰顺序为 :5-氯代水杨酸、水杨酸、三氯水杨酸。水杨酸、5-氯代水杨酸、三氯水杨酸的检出限分别为 0 .1、0 .2和 0 .1μg/m L。
A capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method was established for the analysis of salicylic acid compounds such as salicylic acid, 5-chlorosalicylic acid and trichlorosalicylic acid. The effects of voltage, buffer concentration and p H value on the analytical results are discussed. Among them, the p H value of the buffer solution has the most significant influence on the analysis result. At p H <7.40, the order of the three compounds is trichlorosalicylic acid, 5-chlorosalicylic acid and salicylic acid; when p H> 7.40, the order of the three compounds is 5 - Chlorosalicylic acid, salicylic acid, trichlorosalicylic acid. The detection limits of salicylic acid, 5-chlorosalicylic acid and trichlorosalicylic acid were respectively 0.1, 0.2 and 0.1μg / m L.
