研究了不同含量的稀土元素Er对Sn-0.7Cu钎料组织及性能的影响,并利用XRD和SEM对添加稀土元素前后钎料的微观组织进行了分析。结果表明,随着稀土含量的增加,钎料的拉伸强度、铺展面积先增大后减小,总的蠕变量先减小后增大,说明添加适量的稀土元素Er可以改善钎料的拉伸性能、铺展面积和蠕变性能,Er的最佳添加量为0.1%,当含量高于0.1%时,钎料的铺展面积、拉伸强度和蠕变性能均明显下降;添加适量的稀土元素,还可以抑制Cu6Sn5的生长,使钎料组织得到细化。
The effects of different contents of rare earth element Er on the microstructure and properties of Sn-0.7Cu solder were studied. The microstructure of the solder before and after addition of rare earth elements was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that with the increase of rare earth content, the tensile strength and spreading area of brazing filler metal first increase and then decrease, the total creep quantity first decreases and then increases, indicating that adding proper amount of rare earth element Er can improve the brazing filler metal Tensile properties, spreading area and creep property, the optimal addition amount of Er is 0.1%.
