根据托辊密封的实际情况,对托辊密封问题进行技术抽象,找出托辊密封的技术矛盾,应用PRO/Innovator建立托辊密封模型,并从时间轴和因果轴对托辊密封问题进行分析。根据TRIZ理论的创新原理及PRO/Innovator相关资源进行方案设计,建立评价模型,并对方案进行评价,得到设计报告,进行托辊密封结构的设计。
