目的:研究护士岗位管理在神经内科的应用效果。方法:研究时间为2011年1月~2013年12月,于2012年8月起在神经内科实施护士岗位管理,对象为神经内科24名护理人员,对比实施前(2012年8月前)和实施后(2012年8月起)的护理工作质量、患者满意度及风险事件发生率。结果:实施后神经内科的基础护理、病房管理、护理文书、特级护理、健康宣教护理评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后患者的满意度为100.0%,显著高于实施前的91.9%(P<0.05);实施后全年风险事件发生率为0.9%,显著低于实施前的5.4%(P<0.05)。结论:建立以岗位培训、岗位分级为基础的岗位管理,能够有效的提高神经内科的护理工作质量,改善患者的满意度,减少风险事件的发生。
Objective: To study the application effect of nurse position management in neurology. Methods: The study was conducted from January 2011 to December 2013. Since August 2012, nurse positions management has been carried out in neurology. The target is 24 neurologists, compared with before implementation (before August 2012) and implemented (Since August 2012) the quality of care, patient satisfaction and the incidence of risk events. Results: The scores of basic nursing, ward management, nursing documents, super care and health mission nursing in neurology were significantly higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the patients after the implementation was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that before implementation (P <0.05). The incidence of risk events in the whole year was 0.9%, which was significantly lower than 5.4% before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of post management based on post training and job classification can effectively improve the quality of nursing work in neurology, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of risk events.
