目的观察发生先天性输精管缺如(congen ital absence of vas deferens,CAVD)的病因是否与母亲育龄过大有关。方法通过回顾189例CAVD患者出生时的母亲育龄,分析CAVD与母亲生育年龄二者的关系。结果189例CAVD患者中母亲育龄≥35岁占57例(30.2%)。结论发生先天性输精管缺如的重要病因之一是母亲育龄过大。
Objective To investigate whether the etiology of congenital absence of vas deferens (CAVD) is related to the mother’s over-age of childbearing. Methods By reviewing the mother’s childbearing age at birth of 189 CAVD patients, the relationship between CAVD and mother’s reproductive age was analyzed. Results Among 189 CAVD patients, 57 cases (30.2%) had the mother’s childbearing age≥35 years. Conclusion One of the important causes of congenital absence of the vas deferens is that the mother is over-aged.
