21世纪,企业的市场竞争归根结底还是人力资源的竞争,高素质、高水平人力资源能为企业提供坚实的后盾。通常企业多对员工进行培训以此提高他们的工作能力、工作效率,随之越来越多的企业对员工培训也日益重视。本篇论文简单介绍了员工培训的重要性,指出人力资源管理中就培训员工在实际操作中遇到的问题,并针对具体问题给出相应的解决方法,以完善企业的人力资源管理,让每个员工在企业中能够发挥所长,最终促进和实现企业的快速发展。
In the 21st century, the competition of enterprises in the final analysis is still the competition of human resources.
