中小科技企业如何激发知识型员工持续有效的创新行为,以促进企业创新发展,成为管理者必须思考的重要课题。经实证研究发现知识型员工的心智模式对组织创新气氛具有显著正向影响,且二者均显著正向影响其创新行为;心智模式通过组织创新气氛正向影响创新行为,组织创新气氛具有部分中介效应。因此,企业应注重培育知识型员工积极的心智模式,并引导其加强心智模式的自我管理;同时,加强组织创新气氛的建设并构建科学的创新绩效管理体系。
How small and medium-sized technology enterprises can stimulate continuous and effective innovation of knowledge-based employees in order to promote their innovation and development has become an important issue that managers must think about. The empirical study found that the mental model of knowledge workers had a significant positive impact on the organizational innovation climate, and both positively and positively influenced their innovative behaviors. The mental model positively influenced the innovation behavior through the organizational innovation atmosphere, and partly mediated the organizational innovation atmosphere effect. Therefore, enterprises should focus on cultivating the positive mental model of knowledge workers, and guide them to strengthen the self-management of mental model; at the same time, strengthening the atmosphere of organizational innovation and building a scientific innovation performance management system.
