1999年9月15日,西安市高新一中学生不同程度出现腹痛、腹泻现象,有几位同学住进了西安市××医院。市防疫站即派人前去处理,调查情况如下。1 基本情况1.1 中毒经过及临床表现 9月15日12点,高新一中学生食堂备有凉菜素鸡、热菜鸡腿、土豆烧牛肉、青菜等。进餐人数1100人。当晚9时,有学生开始出现呕吐、腹泻、发热等症状,以后陆续发病,截止16日下午6时发病人数58人,住院11人。在学校及各医院门诊观察的47人。潜伏期最短8h,最长30h,平均17h。主要临床症状为腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、发热等。经过抗菌消炎及对症治疗,两天后全部痊愈出院。
