Ki- 6 7作为识别存在于增殖细胞周期中除 G0期细胞外的所有期中核抗原的单克隆抗体 ,已被广泛地应用于测定各种肿瘤的增殖活性。因其与人类多种恶性肿瘤的进展和预后密切相关 ,故成为临床上监测人类恶性肿瘤转归的重要指标。
Ki-67 is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes all of the interphase nuclear antigens present in the proliferative cell cycle except G0 cells and has been widely used to determine the proliferation activity of various tumors. Because it is closely related to the progress and prognosis of many kinds of human malignant tumors, it has become an important indicator to monitor the outcome of human malignant tumors.
