本文研究悬挂吊车动荷载对焊接工字形等截面山形门式钢刚架塑性内力重分布和变形的影响。采用简单塑性理论和二阶弹塑性分析的两种方法进行了理论分析,并对三榀刚架进行了静荷载破坏、静荷载反复作用和400万次动荷载试验。研究表明:在使用条件的吊车动荷载作用下,即使在已出观一个塑性铰转动后,对刚架内力重力分布和塑性铰的形成均无明显影响,动应变和动挠度基本稳定,不会影响吊车的正常运行,按塑性设计的刚架,具有足够的安全度和刚度。本研究为在中、轻级工作制的吊车厂房刚架结构中应用塑性设计,提供了研究成果。
In this paper, the influence of the dynamic load of a suspended crane on the redistribution and deformation of plastic internal forces of welded I-shaped equal-angle mountain-shaped portal steel rigid frames is studied. Two methods of simple plasticity theory and second-order elasto-plastic analysis were used for theoretical analysis. The static load failure and static load repetitive actions and 4 million dynamic load tests were performed on the three-seat rigid frame. The study shows that under the dynamic load of the crane under the conditions of use, even after a plastic hinge has been viewed, it has no obvious influence on the gravity force distribution and plastic hinge formation of the rigid frame, and the dynamic strain and dynamic deflection are basically stable. Affect the normal operation of the crane, according to the plastic design of the rigid frame, with sufficient safety and rigidity. This study applied plastic design to the rigid frame structure of a crane plant in a medium- and light-duty work system and provided research results.
