按照市委组织部关于开展无职务党员设岗定责试点工作的要求,我区在全区480个行政村和38个社区党总支开展了无职务党员设岗定责工作。各基层党组织按照“按需设岗,以岗定人”的原则,共设置5大类、32个岗位,有7891名党员上岗,占全区无职务党员的59%。为了加快建立无职务党员发挥先锋模范作用的新机制,我们在以下几个方面进行了深化和完善。一是实施由“粗”向“细”。在岗位设置和岗位管理中,各单位根据本地区的实际,设置的岗位职责更加明确,任务更加具体,制度更加规范。对科技致富示范岗、矛盾调解岗等重点岗位,区镇两级加大对在岗党员的培训,增强党员履行职责的能力。二是工作由“虚”向“实”。体现在开展工作有
