在马克思开始直接的《资本论》创作150年之后,《资本论》成为中国马克思主义哲学研究的一个新的问题焦点。这一方面根源于中国特色社会主义建设回应当代资本主义新变化、应对全球金融危机的实践需要,另一方面也顺应了中国化马克思主义理论探索走出辩证唯物主义历史唯物主义体系、建构科学性批判性相统一的哲学新形态、对话当代西方左翼思潮理论趋势。然而有学者尖锐地指出,在今天的《资本论》研究中出现了一些“根本性的误读”①。在笔者看来,围绕《资本论》,特别是《资本论》与马克思主义哲学的关系问题,的确存在一些有待进一步澄清的问题。这些问题的解决依
