对液压支架泄漏故障进行有效、准确的检测是提高开机率,实现高产高效的必要条件之一。通过液压阀泄漏故障的模拟实验,提取与分析泄漏特征参量,针对目前井下对液压支架泄漏故障在监测方法和手段上存在的不足,提出液压阀泄漏故障的诊断方法和手段。
It is one of the necessary conditions to improve the power-on rate and achieve high productivity and high efficiency by detecting the hydraulic support leakage effectively and accurately. Through the simulation experiment of hydraulic valve leakage fault, the characteristic parameters of leakage were extracted and analyzed. Aiming at the problems existing in the monitoring methods and methods of hydraulic support leakage, a method and means of diagnosing the leakage of hydraulic valve were proposed.
