目的探讨早期自然流产绒毛标本染色体核型。方法应用长期培养法对52例早期流产的胎儿绒毛组织进行绒毛细胞培养,对培养成功的绒毛细胞制备染色体及核型分析。结果 52例自然流产的绒毛组织中绒毛细胞培养成功47例(90.38%)。其中,检出染色体异常22例(46.81%);异常核型中以染色体数目异常为主(86.36%),并以三体征最常见(59.09%)。结论胚胎染色体异常是早期自然流产的主要原因;对流产绒毛行染色体检查有利于查明流产原因,合理指导下次妊娠。
Objective To investigate the karyotypes of early spontaneous abortion specimens. Methods Chorionic villi cells were cultured in 52 cases of early abortion fetus by long-term culture method, and chromosomes and karyotypes were analyzed on cultured villus cells. Results Villus cells in 52 cases of spontaneous abortion were successfully cultured in 47 cases (90.38%). Among them, 22 cases (46.81%) of chromosomal abnormalities were detected. Abnormal karyotypes were mainly chromosomal abnormalities (86.36%), and trisomy was the most common (59.09%). Conclusions Embryo chromosomal abnormalities are the main causes of early spontaneous abortion. The chromosomal examination of abortion villus is helpful to identify the causes of miscarriage and reasonably guide the next pregnancy.
