目的分析长春市2011-2013年流感监测情况,探索流感流行特点及病原学变化规律,为预防和控制流感大流行提供科学依据。方法采集门诊流感病人的咽拭子标本用荧光定量PCR,和狗肾细胞(MDCK)法进行流感病毒检测,病毒分离后采用血凝抑制方法(HI)进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果 2012年10月-2013年3月从长春市523例流感样病例标本中检出119份核酸阳性并分离到78株流感病毒,分离阳性率为65.55%;其中H3N2型48株(占40.34%),新甲H1型30株(占25.21%)。而上一年度在121份核酸阳性中分离到52株流感病毒,分离阳性率为42.98%;其中H3N2型13株(占10.74%),B-victoria系22株(占18.18%),B-yam agata系17株(占14.05%)以B型为主。结论 2012-2013年度长春市流感的优势株为H3N2型、新甲H1型,与上一监测年度(H3N2型,B-victoria系,B-yam agata系)有所不同。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of influenza in Changchun City from 2011 to 2013, explore the epidemic characteristics and etiology of influenza, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza pandemic. Methods The throat swab samples from patients with outpatient influenza were collected and detected by Fluorescent Quantitative PCR (PCR) and canine kidney cell (MDCK) method. After the virus was separated, the type of influenza virus was identified by hemagglutination inhibition (HI) method. Results From October 2012 to March 2013, 119 nucleic acid positive samples were obtained from 523 influenza-like cases in Changchun City and 78 influenza viruses were isolated. The positive rate was 65.55%. Among them, 48 strains of H3N2 (40.34% ), 30 new Neoplasm H1 (25.21%). In the previous year, 52 influenza viruses were isolated from 121 nucleic acid positive isolates, with a positive rate of 42.98%. Among them, 13 strains of H3N2 (10.74%), 22 strains of B-victoria (18.18%), B-yam Agata Department of 17 strains (14.05%) to B-based. Conclusion The predominant strains of influenza in Changchun in 2012-2013 are H3N2 type and H1N1 type, different from the previous monitoring year (H3N2 type, B-victoria series and B-yam agata line).
