分层教学是基于“因材施教”的教育发展原则,是教师根据每个学生所特有的心理特点及知识水平开展教学和教育工作,对于促进初中语文教学效率的提升意义重大。本文结合笔者多年一线教学经验,对如何在初中语文教学中实施分层教学,促进学生参与学习活动,使各个层次学生都能实现再大可能的进步做了一些研究和探讨。
Hierarchical teaching is based on the principle of education development based on “teaching students according to their aptitudes”. It is also important for teachers to carry out teaching and education according to each student’s unique psychological characteristics and knowledge level, which is of great significance to promoting the efficiency of Chinese teaching in junior high schools. Based on my years of teaching experiences, this paper does some research and discussion on how to implement the layered teaching in Chinese teaching in junior middle school, promote students’ participation in learning activities, and make all levels of students achieve the most possible progress.
