水布垭水电站放空洞事故检修闸门为平面定轮门 ,分为 4个制造运输单元 ,单元尺寸为 7 0 5m× 3 5 1m×1 6 5m ,闸门自重 2 2 0t,设计挡水水头 15 2 2m ,为世界前列。闸门定轮最大轮压达 5 6 0 0kN ,是国内目前最大的轮压。在设计中专门实验研究了轮、轨之间接触应力、接触区弹性压缩变形、滚轮材料及热处理工艺以及水封形式和材料等。实验采用物理模型试验与力学模型分析相结合并互相验证综合分析的方法。经验算 ,滚轮与轨道淬硬深度取 15mm ;正向支承定轮材料为 35GrMo锻钢 ;轴承采用偏心套及调心滚子轴承 2 4 172和 2 4 16 0 ;门顶和门侧止水水封采用山形充压伸缩式 ,材料为橡塑复合材料 ,底止水水封为刀形橡皮材料
