作为一个偏远的农村小学教师,面对绝大部分的留守儿童,要管理好一个班级,班主任工作是关键.班主任不仅要有爱心、耐心、热心,还需要具备一些教育的方法和手段,根据实际情况创建有本班特色和个人风格的班级工作管理体系,组建一支高效率,充满活力的班干部队伍,当好一个爱心班主任,给学生真诚的关爱;营造良好的班级氛围,认真做好家访,开好家长会和对学生个别座谈,促进学生全面发展.
