Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory Master Maslow, the great psychology master, classifies human needs into five layers according to the physiological and psychological needs. Through these five layers, Maslow can be further clearly classified into two levels: Survival and security: is the most primitive and basic human needs - the functional level of demand; sense of belonging, love, self-esteem and self-realization: is to rise to the needs of a higher class of human beings - the spiritual and emotional needs.
