职业教育发展的程度,是衡量一个国家或地区现代化程度的重要标志。中等职业教育处于职业教育中的基础性地位,是职业教育体系中的重要组成部分,是全面推进素质教育,提高国民素质,增强综合国力的重要力量。随着经济、科技的不断发展,企、事业等用人单位对技术人才的要求越来越高。中等职业学校作为培养高素质技术人才的基地,在教育中担负着重要的责任。而目前我国的大部分中等职业学校普遍面临举步维艰的发展困境,有些甚至濒临关闭。本文主要针对中等职业学校的现状和面临的问题进行分析,并提出有利于中等职业学校发展的一些对策建议。
The extent of the development of vocational education is an important indicator of the degree of modernization in a country or region. The basic status of secondary vocational education in vocational education is an important part of the vocational education system and an important force for comprehensively promoting quality education, improving the quality of the people and enhancing overall national strength. With the constant development of economy and science and technology, employers and enterprises have higher and higher requirements on technical personnel. As a base for training high-quality technical personnel, secondary vocational schools have an important responsibility in education. At present, most secondary vocational schools in our country generally face difficult development difficulties, and some are even close to closure. This article mainly analyzes the status quo and problems faced by secondary vocational schools and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the development of secondary vocational schools.
