近年来用钙拮抗剂治疗缺血性脑血管病取得一定疗效,笔者1987年用硝苯吡啶治疗脑血栓形成11例,均按1978年南京会议制定之标准(中华神经精神科杂志1987;11:127)确诊。病程平均7(2～20)天。治疗方法为口服硝苯吡啶10mg,每日3次;伴高血压者部分加用了双氢克尿噻25mg,每日2～3次。疗程10～60天,平均28天。
