市政工程的施工质量和施工进度是整个施工项目控制的目标。市政工程要求严格施工质量的同时,还要求一定的施工进度。只有如此,市政工程才能够快速高效的完成。本文详细阐述了市政工程施工进度和施工质量两者间的关系,提出平衡市政工程施工进度和施工质量两种关系的一些意见。
The quality of municipal engineering construction and construction progress is the goal of the entire construction project control. Municipal engineering requirements of strict construction quality, but also requires a certain degree of construction progress. Only in this way, municipal engineering can be completed quickly and efficiently. This paper elaborates the relationship between the municipal construction schedule and the construction quality, and puts forward some suggestions on how to balance the construction progress and construction quality of the municipal construction.
