一问题的提出在压力容器制造中,要求制作试板进行焊接接头的冲击韧性试验。而国内外有关技术标准、对焊接接头的冲击试样开槽方向的规定不尽相同,有的规定冲击试样开槽方向垂直于焊缝表面(图1),有的规定冲击试样开槽方向平行于焊缝表面(图2),详情见表1。由表1可见,从国内情况来看,两种开槽方向都有,而从国外情况来看,都趋向于刻槽垂直于焊缝表面。那么,在相同的条件下,这两种不同的刻槽方向对冲击韧性值有无影响?是相等还是不等?若不等的话,哪种开槽方向结果偏高?搞清楚这些问题,显然,对
