过去,我厂铸铁件用的合脂砂芯、油砂芯的裂纹及两半砂芯拼合面的缝隙均是采用滑石粉与机油混合配制成的修补膏进行修补的。这种修补膏发气量大,每克修补膏发气量23~28mL,而且发气速度快。因此,在铁水未凝固前就产生出大量气体,使变速箱铸件内腔产生气孔、灰夹缺陷,废品率达2.84%左右,每年因此而报废的铸件达10 t左右。通常采用的石墨粉与陶土配制的砂芯修补膏,又黑又脏,对砂芯的粘结性能差,不好修
