本文利用虚拟仪器技术来开发轴承状态检测系统,采用加速度传感器来检测轴承震动加速度,利用数据卡进行采集转换,结合滚动轴承的时域和频域特征,通过BP神经网络对轴承状态进行分类识别,从而实现对滚动轴承的实时状态监测。
