在第一次授精的第5和第6天,从183头超排供体共回收到691枚正常胚胎,并检查其形态和大小与发育阶段的关系。合子、2、4、8和16细胞胚胎和桑椹胚的透明带厚度、内细胞团的直径、胚胎的总直径(Overall diameter)无显著差异。然而,在囊胚期,内细胞团的直径、胚胎总直径显著增加,透明带显著薄于早期胚胎,从合子到桑堪胚,分裂球数目增加,分裂球体积显著降低。2细胞胚胎的内细胞团体积较合子降低了30%,而从2细胞到桑椹胚,内细胞团的体积没有增加。第一次授精后第6天回收的桑椹胚的总直径及内细胞团的直径显著高于第5天回收的桑椹胚。
A total of 691 normal embryos were retrieved from 183 superovulation donors on the 5th and 6th day of the first insemination and the relationship between their morphology and size and developmental stages was examined. Zona, 2, 4, 8 and 16 cell embryos and morula zona pellucida thickness, inner cell mass diameter, embryo diameter (Overall diameter) no significant difference. However, at the blastocyst stage, the diameter of the inner cell mass and the total diameter of the embryo increased significantly, and the zona pellucida was significantly thinner than that of the early embryo. From zygote to sancock embryos, the number of dividing spheres increased and the volume of the spherule decreased significantly. The intracellular volume of 2-cell embryos was 30% less than that of zygotes, whereas there was no increase in the volume of inner cell mass from 2 cells to morula. The total diameter of the morula and the size of the inner cell mass recovered on the 6th day after the first insemination were significantly higher than those of the morula recovered on the 5th day.
