根据聚氨酯泡沫固定化米根霉的生长特征,建立了描述固定化米根霉间歇发酵生产乳酸过程的双层反应──扩散理论模型,采用有限差分方法进行了数值求解.模型计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,证明该模型可用于过程的设计和优化.
According to the growth characteristics of urease-immobilized Rhizopus oryzae, a double-layer reaction-diffusion theory model describing the process of immobilized Rhizopus oryzae in batch fermentation was established. The finite difference method was used to solve the problem. The model calculation results agree well with the experimental results, which proves that the model can be used in process design and optimization.
