学生顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学的重要环节,需要政府、社会、企业、职业院校共同协作,才能有效的提高学生的职业能力和就业竞争力。在学生实习过程中还存在很多问题,本文针对存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,致力于完善高职院校顶岗实习过程。高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,职业院校专门培养面向一线岗位需求的高素质技能型人才。从最近的调查报告来看,高职院校的学生在就业过程相对其他高校学生还有很大的差距,用人单位对职业院校学生的职业能力要求
The internship of students is an important part of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. It requires the government, society, enterprises and vocational colleges to work together in order to effectively improve students’ occupational and employment competitiveness. There are still many problems in the process of student internship. In this paper, we put forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems and devote ourselves to improve the internship process in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. Vocational colleges specialize in training high-quality skilled personnel who are in need of first-line jobs. From the recent survey, the students in higher vocational colleges still have a big gap in the employment process compared with other college students.
