近日,胶州市人大常委会副主任徐启斌带领城建环资活动组代表对全市房地产开发与建设情况进行了视察。视察组先后到云翔卡纳源筑、绿城玫瑰苑南苑、大同片区进行了实地察看。视察后,代表们听取了市房产局负责人的工作汇报并进行了座谈。座谈中,徐启斌指出,近年来,胶州市房地产运行总体上是健康、规范、有序的,但现阶段老百姓的持币观望态度以及房地产销售库存压力使得房地产市场不容乐观。建议:一是加大调控力度。注重发挥政府对房地产市场的宏观调控作用,结合城市
