现代医学影像技术在[科疾病的诊断中扮]着越来越重要的角色。多年来,对青光眼的诊断一直根据视野检查、眼内压测量和眼科医生直观的眼底视乳头评估。然而,这些检查存在着主观性和变异性等劣势,这促使眼科医生寻求更为客观、定量的诊断标准。海德堡共焦激光扫描仪(Heidelberg Retina Tomograph,HRT)能够为视神经乳头和视神经纤维层厚度提供定量的测量,并且具备非接触性、非侵入性及高分辨率等性能而受到广泛的关注。现对海德堡共焦激光扫描仪在青光眼诊断研究中的应用作简要介绍。
Modern medical imaging technology plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of [diseases]. Over the years, the diagnosis of glaucoma has been based on visual field examinations, intraocular pressure measurements, and an ophthalmologist’s intuitive fundopia assessment. However, these tests have the subjectivity and variability and other disadvantages, prompting ophthalmologists to seek more objective and quantitative diagnostic criteria. The Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT) is able to provide quantitative measurements of optic nerve papilla and optic nerve fiber layer thickness, and is attracting the attention of non-contact, non-invasive and high-resolution properties. The application of Heidelberg confocal laser scanner in the diagnosis of glaucoma is briefly introduced.
