目的研究香茅的四种萃取物对家兔动脉血压的影响。方法用24只健康家兔随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、石油醚部位组、乙酸乙酯部位组、正丁醇部位组及水部位组。各组家兔经兔耳缘静脉分别给药,实验组给予香茅乙醇提取液的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水萃取物,空白对照组给予0.52%吐温-80双蒸水,阳性对照组给予卡托普利,应用BL-420F生物机能实验系统记录仪观察各组家兔动脉血压的变化情况。结果与空白对照组相比,香茅乙酸乙酯萃取物组平均动脉血压描记曲线有明显降低(P<0.05),香茅石油醚、正丁醇和水萃取物组与空白对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通过降压活性部位筛选实验,发现香茅的乙酸乙酯萃取物可使家兔血压明显下降。
Objective To study the effects of four extracts of lemongrass on arterial blood pressure in rabbits. Methods 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group, petroleum ether group, ethyl acetate group, n-butanol group and water group. The rabbits in each group were administered with rabbit ear veins respectively. The experimental group was given petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extract of citronella ethanol extract. The blank control group was given 0.52% Tween-80 double distilled water, The positive control group was given captopril, and the change of arterial blood pressure of rabbits in each group was observed by BL-420F biological function system recorder. Results Compared with the blank control group, the mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) curve of ethyl acetate extract group was significantly lower (P <0.05), and the contents of petroleum ether, n-butanol and water extract group were not significantly different from the blank control group Sex differences (P> 0.05). Conclusion Through the active site of antihypertensive screening experiments, we found that ethyl acetate extract of lemongrass can significantly reduce the blood pressure in rabbits.
