本文通过文献法、访谈法对高校体育事业的发展情况进行整理分析,试图在战略管理相关理论的支持下,探讨高校体育事业发展的战略管理,综合当前相关研究成果,以期为高校体育事业的发展提供有益参考。研究结果表明:高校体育事业的应加强其核心竞争力的发展,不同的工作内容具有不同的竞争力所在,其发展定位亦有所区别。注重高校外部环境的变化,着眼高校体育事业的未来,引导大学体育协调发展。
